RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with any item you have purchased online, you may return it to us within 10 days of receipt. The item must be in pristine condition, in its original packaging and prepaid via insured mail or UPS. C.O.D. deliveries are not accepted. We will credit you for the amount of the item, minus the original shipping charges. Any item that has been altered to accommodate a size that is not listed as an option for that item may not be returned.

SPECIAL ORDERS
The majority of our jewelry is handmade. Occasionally an item on our web site may be out of stock. If the piece you have ordered is temporarily out of stock. We will contact you directly to inform you of the estimated shipping date.

SALES TAX
No sales tax will be charged to anyone who resides out of the state of Michigan. For Michigan residentâ€™s sales tax is required.

SHIPPING
We use UPS as our primary carrier. All items are carefully packaged and insured to guarantee that your new jewelry arrives in perfect condition. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout. Insurance is included.

GIFT WRAP
All items are gift wrapped in our signature style that is unique to myhouseofstyle.com at no extra charge. We will be happy to ship your gift selection accompanied with a personalized gift card.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are available upon request for any amount. Please contact us and we will either send it directly to you or forward it to the recipient with and enclosure card with your personal message.
